Biofield Tuning Therapy
The body is an acoustic instrument that is designed to be in tune. It will use an input as simple as a tuning fork to hear itself, to hear when it is out of tune or off rhythm and then use that input to adjust and bring itself back into harmony. This simple process of ‘getting in tune’ - can help relieve stress in our bodies, central nervous system, minds and ultimately our lives.

Be supported with conscious connected breathing practices to explore, release and integrate mental, emotional and physical energies by accessing the theta brain state.
